How do I know a used car is genuine?
Every Sorted Car listing comes from a verified dealer. Check the green "Verified" badge, look at the dealer rating, and use the report a problem button if anything looks off. You can also request a pre-purchase inspection.
BuyingCan I book a test drive?
Yes — on every car detail page click "Book Test Drive". Pick a date and slot, share your details, and the dealer will confirm within 24 hours.
BuyingDo you provide warranty on used cars?
Many dealers offer warranties on certified pre-owned vehicles. Look for the "CPO" tag on listings or ask the dealer directly through the enquiry form.
BuyingHow do I check the car history?
Each listing shows the year, miles driven, owner count and service history (where the dealer has provided it). You can also request the full title-transfer paperwork and service book during a test drive.
BuyingHow do I sell my car on Sorted Car?
Click the "Sell Your Car" button at the top, fill out the form with your car details, and a verified dealer will get in touch within 24 hours with an offer.
SellingDo you charge a fee to sell?
Listing through a verified dealer is free for sellers. You only pay when the deal closes and many of our partner dealers also handle title transfer and paperwork.

Most cars receive their first offer within 24 hours. Average time from listing to sale on Sorted Car is 7–10 days.
SellingCan I sell directly to a dealer?
Yes. Use the "Sell to Dealer" option on the form and a partner dealer in your city will inspect the vehicle and make an instant offer.
SellingHow do I become a dealer partner?
Apply at /dealer or contact dealers@sortedcar.com. We onboard verified dealers with valid EIN registration and physical showroom presence.

DealersHow are leads delivered to dealers?
Leads from your inventory or location are sent via dashboard, SMS, and email in real time. Hot leads get a push notification.
DealersCan I import my existing inventory?
Yes — use the Bulk Upload feature in the dealer panel to upload a CSV with all your cars at once.
DealersDo I need an account to browse cars?
No. Browsing, filtering and saving cars (via localStorage) are all available without signing in. Sign in only when you want your saved cars to sync across devices.
AccountHow do I reset my password?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. We will send a reset link to your registered email.
AccountCan I delete my account?
Yes. Contact our privacy contact via the contact form and we will process the deletion within 30 days.

Sign in and go to your profile page. You can update name, email, phone, and notification preferences.

Typically national ID, address proof, last 3 months salary slips or 6 months bank statements, and 2 passport-size photos.
